25+ years of technical content creation across EV infrastructure, electric motorcycles, bicycles and components, network hardware, SaaS, and more. Documentation platforms, certification programs, service manuals, developer portals, and the back-end tools that power them. I'm a technical writer at heart, but with so much more in my toolbox. I'm a natural problem solver, and will go the extra distance to make things work.
Platforms I've built, programs I've led, and applications I've made for roles I really want.
I'm a technical documentation leader who has spent two decades building content systems at the intersection of engineering and communication. My work lives at the place where complex infrastructure meets the person who needs to understand it — and my job is to make that gap disappear.
At ChargePoint, I architected an enterprise documentation platform from scratch: JSON schema design, Node.js enrichment pipelines, CI/CD integration, PowerShell automation, SSO infrastructure, and the front-end that made it all navigable. I didn't just manage the team — I built the thing.
Before that: Zero Motorcycles (CAN-based EV software docs), Sleuth (SaaS DORA metrics), Specialized Bicycle Components (11 years, 4,500+ pages), FOX Factory, Castelle. Every role has been about the same core challenge — take a hard technical system and teach it to the person who needs to use it.
Outside of work, I'm a trail steward with Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship, an STC member since 1995, and a former U.S. Marine. And yes — the site is called Wheel Defined because mountain biking is how I think. The trail has a lot to say about systems, feedback loops, and commitment.
